I moved to this service a few months ago as I was looking for a professional, supportive service that values its educators. Elite impressed me from the very onset of my journey with them. I joined Elite two years ago and it has been the best decision I have ever made. Sonya is all about building quality educators that will give quality education and she has embedded that into all of her staff as well. We have a facebook page and you can even see the other educators encouraging each other, giving ideas, helping out with cover etc. Its a beautiful community.I picked them because of how involved and approachable they were for both myself and for my parents. I was confident that if parents thought they couldnt come to me, that could speak to Elite. That was important to me because our centre focus is the children and what is best for them.
