OUR TRANSITION TO SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Elite Family Day Care run “Our Families Learning Together: Ngalang Moort Dandjoo Kadadjiny” program is designed to improve participation in preschool programs and provide an effective and educationally rich transition to school program for more than 1000 children and families in Elite FDC environments across Western Australia, including in regional and remote areas.
Elite Family Day Care will facilitate the program with a focus on the following key areas:
- Improving the professional capability of Family Day Care educators in all areas of Western Australia, including regional and remote areas.
- Embedding Aboriginal perspectives into the transition to school process.
- Increasing children’s enrolment, attendance, and preparation for preschool, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and children living in regional, remote and very remote communities.

To start, you will have a dedicated business development mentor to help you build your business and ensure your compliance with legislation.
Then your educational leader/s will help guide you with programming, practice and your learning environment to make your service stand out in the community.

DYNAMIC specialised SYSTEMS
Elite Family Day Care takes tech seriously! We are always on the hunt for the latest innovation to make your life (and ours) simple. We use the Google Suite for a range of simple and highly effective solutions. When you join our family you are allocated a Google based email including a storage allowance through GDrive to make your record keeping easy.
All our forms are digital and dynamic through Jotform, meaning no matter where you are or what you need, our digital forms will make compliance and feedback simple.
FDSee and Harmony Web are your specialist Family Day Care software making record keeping, programming and observations, CCS, accounting and more simple, quick and effective.
Keep on track with tasks, stay accountable to requirements and keep track of time with Asana, our chosen project management software.
All of these tools are available to you when you become part of our family.
