As an educator I work together as a team to provide the child with best care possible.

To work as a team both parents and caregiver should develop a positive caring relationship with communication on a daily basis.

As a educator, I will endeavor to provide an environment where a child feels loved , cared for and safe.

I enjoy being an educator as I like being with children because they are naturally loving, spontaneous and full of energy. I enjoy my role as an educator as it gives me opportunity to be with children and so I derive great satisfaction and personal enjoyment from my occupation.
